Booking & Retainer

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment date and start time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event day. Services will not commence until full payment has been received.

Booking Window

Booking recommendations vary by service type:

Special Occasions Makeup 

Clients are encouraged to book 6–12 weeks in advance.

Limited last-minute and rush bookings may be available based on schedule availability.

Bridal Bookings

Bridal bookings are recommended 3-12 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings. Limited last-minute appointments may be available based on schedule availability. 

Bridal Preview Timing

Bridal previews are recommended 6–8 weeks prior to the wedding day. This gives us plenty of time to perfect your look, make any adjustments, and ensure you feel confident and comfortable before the big day. Inspiration photos are always welcome and encouraged.

Bridal Party Size & Scheduling

Bridal party sizes and scheduling are based on the selected bridal package to help maintain a calm and elevated getting-ready experience.

For larger bridal parties or timelines requiring additional support, an assistant artist may be required. Any assistant artist fees will be discussed prior to booking and are based on party size, timeline needs, and service requirements.

Travel

Travel within Cape Coral is include with mobile appointments. Appointments outside Cape Coral are subject to a travel fee based on location and distance.

Brides

Travel is included in select bridal packages. Extended travel outside of Cape Coral may require an additional fee.

Early Morning Appointments

Appointments requiring a start time before 7:00 AM are subject to a $50 early morning fee per artist.

Service Preparation

Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and groomed brows to allow for optimal application.

False lashes are included with every full makeup service.

For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup services cannot be performed on anyone with active cold sores, eye infections, or contagious skin conditions.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their appointment and retainer.

No-shows or failure to communicate will be considered a cancellation and will result in the loss of the retainer.

Cancellations

All retainers are non-refundable.

Appointments canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment will require the remaining balance to be paid.

Photos & Content Usage

By booking with Timeless Touch by Paola, clients grant permission for photos and/or videos to be taken and used for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the appointment.

Liability 

For bridal appointments, a preview session is highly recommended to help ensure satisfaction and the best possible final result.

During the preview, skin is assessed, products are tested, and color tones and placement are refined to create a personalized makeup plan.

Clients with known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions are encouraged to disclose them prior to their appointment. Timeless Touch by Paola is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or products not tested during a bridal preview. 

Agreement

By submitting a retainer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies listed above.
